Customer Service Representative (Inbound calls)
The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound customer telephone calls, assist our sales department in daily routine tasks, answer customer questions regarding registration/licensing processes, process electronic registrations of our software (license files), work iwth our international sales department in the processing of orders, and other tasks as required. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and highly organized and possess intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email applications, and using databases. We are looking for a person with an outgoing, pleasant personality with excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
