System Analyst
The System Analyst will act as a technical resource for Sales and Technical Support Representatives in the areas of database, Client-Server, Internet, and various other areas of software/hardware technologies in response to customer inquiries during sales/support activities. The System Analyst also contributes to the development and execution of manual and automated testing of our corporate-wide, database-centered enterprise line of software products. The System Analyst will have the opportunity to participate in custom programming projects requested by customers who require add-ons or modifications to our off-the-shelf software products.

Desired Experience and Qualifications: Good communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills are required. Other requirements include experience with one or more database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, DB2, BTrieve), including knowledge of SQL and at least one high level programming language such as Visual Basic, and experience in Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows XP Administration.
