Technical Writer
StatSoft is seeking a Technical Writer to write and edit product documentation including manuals and electronic documentation (Help) as well as production information brochures for computer software applications. This full-time, permanent position requires an individual who is able to quickly learn new software programs and independently manage projects with minimal supervision. The Technical Writer must possess excellent organizational skills, a detail-oriented work approach, and good interpersonal and written communication skills. Previous technical writing and/or editing experience and proficiency with Microsoft products are not requirements, but would be beneficial. Knowledge of statistical methodology would be a plus and familiarity with computers/information technology is a must.
