IBC Life Sciences Analytical Summit

StatSoft to Exhibit STATISTICA Solutions at IBC Life Sciences Analytical Summit Reston, Virginia, USA from Monday, July 17, 2006 through Wednesday, July 19, 2006

STATISTICA's utilization for GxP applications and Process Analytical Technology (PAT) applications with Life Sciences companies continues to grow and has accelerated over the last few years. To support our customers in these industries, StatSoft will be exhibiting at the IBC Life Sciences Analytical Summit (www.ibclifesciences.com/Analytical) in Reston, VA from Monday, July 17, 2006 through Wednesday, July 19, 2006.

Jim McAllister from Lonza Biologics will present a STATISTICA case study at this conference on Tuesday, July 18 at 3:30 PM.

Deployment of a Web-Enabled Data Analysis System
[STATISTICA Booth] Lonza Biologics has deployed a system that connects independent data sources into one system. Process data, quality management tools, LIMS, and historical plant information are all accessible through one gateway. Raw data is summarized into useful information via pre-defined graphical methods and statistical analyses. More importantly, the system can be accessed remotely by internal personnel as well as external customers over the Internet (presented by James McAllister, M.S., Statistician, Manufacturing Technical Services, Lonza Biologics Inc).

Please see the conference Web site (www.ibclifesciences.com/Analytical) to register and for the latest conference agenda / room locations.

The IBC Life Sciences Analytical Summit represents 3 conferences occurring simultaneously:

IBC's 3rd International Implementing Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) for Bioprocessing

IBC's Third International Implementing Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) for Bioprocessing conference provides case studies and best practices to aid in the analysis, launch and operation of new PAT programs. The meeting will clarify common misconceptions on what is and what is not PAT, offer FDA regulatory advice and feature industry case studies to help process development professionals benchmark and guide their PAT initiatives.

IBC's 2nd International Analytical Method Validation

IBC's Second Annual Analytical Method Validation conference is the only full-length conference dedicated to biologics method validation. Whether you are a new or experienced validation scientist, you will learn through a case study format about solutions to problems associated with method transfers, early validation and qualification, bioassay validation and validation of physical/chemical methods. A full-day benchmarking forum provides case studies from your peers that outline their approaches to common validation issues.

IBC's Inaugural Data Management in Process Development and Manufacturing

IBC's Inaugural Data Management for Process Development and Manufacturing conference offers scientists, engineers and IS professionals a first of its kind case study forum to address manufacturing-related data management bottlenecks from the standpoint of the user of the data. Learn how to organize, store, integrate and analyze data generated from analytical measurements, as well as from multiple company departments, sites and CMOs - and how to consolidate, analyze and use data from upstream and downstream processes. And receive this information in a conference created by and for manufacturing professionals.
