To export a STATISTICA data file to another application, follow these steps:

Open the data file you want to export, and select Save As from the File menu to display the Save As dialog.

A wide variety of files are available in the Save as type box. STATISTICA Spreadsheet; STATISTICA 6.0, 6.1, and 5 Files; Excel Workbook; SPSS Data File and Portable File; SAS Data File and Transport File; JMP; Minitab; dBASE; Text; Comma Separated; HTML; Lotus; Quattro Pro/DOS; and PDF file types are available.

After you select the type of file to save the spreadsheet as, you can specify the exact way in which the translation is to be performed. For example, if you save as an Excel Workbook, you are prompted to enter the range of the data file and whether to export variable names, case names, and text labels.
