When you choose to delete or cut items from a workbook, the STATISTICA Workbook dialog is displayed, where you verify whether you are sure that you want to delete the selected items.

If you don’t want to see this dialog:

Select Options from the Tools menu (classic menus), or select the Home tab and click Options in the Tools group (ribbon bar), to display the Options dialog.

Select Workbooks (under Documents). In the options pane, clear the Prompt on item delete check box. Click the OK button, and that’s it! The dialog will no longer be displayed every time you choose to delete selections from the workbook tree.

If you happen to delete something you wish you had thought twice about, you can always return to the Options dialog and select the Prompt on item delete check box to reinstate the display of the dialog.
